1-on-1 Coaching

Hey, IT Leaders! Does this sound like you?

“I feel like I’m stuck in my current role.”

“I’m putting in the work, but no one seems to notice.”

“Senior leadership doesn’t seem to take me seriously.”

“I don’t see how what I do helps with the bigger picture.”

“I feel like I don’t have the resources I need to succeed.”

“I feel hesitant to openly talk about my own achievements.”

“I don’t know what’s next for my career.”

“I’m worried I’m falling behind my peers.”

“I dread Monday mornings.”

All of these are symptoms of the same problem — your career has hit a wall and it’s costing you the paycheck you want.

Maybe you’re not contributing what you used to to the team. Maybe you feel lost. Maybe people don’t respect or take you seriously. Maybe you’re tired overall and mentally checked out.

Whatever the issue, it all leads to the same end — you’re unhappy with your job and you’re more than likely not getting the money you deserve.

A promotion? Not going to happen any time soon.

That raise? It’s not in the company’s budget.

Your job? Looks like it’s time to make some cuts.

This is exactly where I come into the picture. Across 10+ years of product management experience, I’ve seen and felt this problem from both sides of the coin. I’ve seen how it affects product managers, project managers, scrum masters, engineering leads, developers, and more. I can help!

What coaching services do I offer?

I provide a private, 1-on-1 coaching program for IT leaders where we’ll figure out what’s holding you back and make a plan to get you back on track to your next promotion.

Sure, you probably could figure it out yourself. Shoot, if you’re an IT Leader, you’re probably already trying to work through your issues on your own. Now, I’m as big a fan of DIY as the next person, but at what point is enough, enough?

We don’t have an infinite amount of time and resources to work with. Why wouldn’t you want someone who’s been there to fast track your way forward?

How do we get started?

I’m sure neither of us want to waste each other’s time, so before I take on anyone for my coaching services, both of us will hop on a discovery call to make sure:

  • I am the coach you’re looking for.
  • You are someone that I can help.

It’s no different than how effective product managers discover and prioritize their product(s) and features — we validate there’s a fit before committing resources towards something. Just like a product manager should never build something that no one was looking for, we should not partner up unless we can work together to get you to where you want to be.

Please note that I am currently only able to work with clients based in North America at this time.
